2020 Lone Wolf Invitational Sprint Enduro

We started 2020 with a full schedule of events and ended it with only one. Despite the disappointment in watching our calendar get canceled, we were ecstatic to host a small but incredibly fulfilling race, the Lone Wolf Invitational Sprint Enduro. The Lobos have always set out to provide a safe, professional and incredibly memorable event for our racers. Over the last four months, we dedicated countless hours to preparing two separate courses for 40 of the most talented AA/Pro riders on the West Coast.

The Sprint Enduro format has quickly become one of the favorite types of races for the club to put on, inspired in part by the East Coast’s Full Gas Sprint Enduro Series. Our race, which was held on private property, featured a 3-mile European style grass track test and a 3.5-mile enduro test. The event had racers complete 12 special tests over two days with a $3500 pro purse. We were excited to have both a men and women’s pro class for this event.

The weekend did not disappoint with incredible weather, perfect course conditions and a seamless weekend of fun. We want to sincerely thank the riders and their families who made long journeys to race. You are the reason we do what we do.
